born 5 Oct 1787 at Framingharn, Middlesex county, MA. He married, on 13
Sep 1807 at Leominster, Candace Hale. He served in the War of 1812, and
was known by the title "Capt." In 1817, with his brother Dexter, he built
at Framingham a paper-mill, which they owned for many years. He died in
Boston, Suffolk county, MA 29 Aug 1866.
