BIGELOW, was born at New Haven, CT on 16 November 1832 where his father
had ministerial duties. One record states the birth to be in Rochester, MA.
On 13 October 1864, he married Susie Hooper Jordan said to be a descendant
of William Hooper who was one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence.
Susie was born in West Roxbury, MA on 24 May 1845. This family resided in
San Francisco where he died on 22 October 1878.
