Ellen (BLAIR) BIGELOW, was born at Chatham township, Argenteuil, Quebec
on 10 April 1841. She married Samuel Warwick on 07 October 1879 at Buckingham,
Quebec. He was the son of John and Christiana (Lackie) Warwick and born at
Chatham on 05 August 1826. He had earlier married Laurene (Smith) Bigelow,
the widow of Adam Chester' (15336.52). This marriage was on 19 December
1845 also at Buckingham. Laurene had died prior to 1879. Again, the censuses
are confusing as in 1861 Marjory was "aged 17 next birthday" and ten years
later (1871) she was listed as "aged 24 next birthday". Samuel and Margory
farmed near Glen Almond, Buckingham township according to a grandson, but
at Bowman, near Whitefish Lake, according to church records. Samuel died at
Glen Almond on 21 March 1900. Marjory died on 11 January 1922 at Bowman township.
Both are buried at Glen Almond.

Hi Rod,You certainly have a great site with a weath of info.I have been researching
my Warwick ancesters and have found out that Sam and Elizabeth Warwick,siblings,both
married Bigelows.Sam married Marjory Bigelow-8.Elizabeth married Mills
or Miles Bigelow-8.Would you have any additional info on the descendants of
these two Bigelows? Many thanks
