According to the census records above, George A Hoard and family moved
to Antwerp at some point prior to the 1820 census.  According to the
 same
records the children of Polly and George are:

George       b. 1822 in Antwerp Jefferson
 County New York
    Francis      b. 1824
  "
    Henry        b. 1829

  "
    Sarah        b. 1840
  "

    * George Albert b. 1849
    * Does not seem probable that George Albert b. 1849 is the son to Polly
as she would have been aged 50 at time of his birth.

Although there is a Charles Heald in 1930 census for Baily's Harbor,
Door, Wisconsin that is b. about same place & time as this Charles
the 1930
census records indicates a different wife and further children so it
is unlikely without further info to place Charles in 1930.  The above
census
records list the following children of Charles and Catherine Heald, all
 born in Wisconsin:

    William M   b. 13 Mar 1893
