Roswell David 7 BIGELOW

15145.44    Roswell David 7 BIGELOW, son of David 6 ( John 5 , John 4, John 3, Samuel 2, John 1), and Susanna (BENEDICT) BIGELOW, was born 25 August 1825 at Sidney, Delaware, NY. On 22 May 1847 at Decatur, WI, he married Mary Bethsheba Jones, the daughter of William and Bethsheba (Clark) Jones. She was born 30 July 1828 near Lake Champlain, VT and died 16 September 1886 Decatur, WI. Roswell early left NY, (1842), and went into WI and later, with his wife and three children, to Iola, KS, but later back to WI. He died at Sun Prairie, Dane, WI, 15 January 1888 and Mary died __ 1886.

15145.442t    DeSoto Hernando, b 28 July 1852; d 09 Mar 1929, Madison, WI; m 18 Dec 1878 Emma Victoria Pine; 4 children.

15145.443     Mary, b 08 April 1867; d 18 April 1890 Brodhead, WI; unm.; She spent most of her life with her brother after the death of her mother in 1886. Mary died of "la grippe".

There were possibly other children born between De Soto and Mary during the 15 year span. If so, we have no record.
