This is a Blue Tang about 12 inches. Photo by Rod 13 Mar 04 in about 20 feet water.
Location was North-North Dry Rocks, Key Largo.

Acanthurus coeruleus

Blue body; White or yellow spine on base of tail;
Juvenile: Bright yellow, almost circular; blue tinge on edge of dorsal and anal fins; see yeltang35c.jpg
