Features: Four dark, inverted, trianguler patterns form "saddles" across back; lower part of triangles may be pale and indistinct; Bar at base of tail;
Description:
Undercolor usually white, occasionally yellow to orange. Faint, diamond-shaped paztterns often 0n lower body; occasionally have red dots on body;
Notes: Unafraid; retreat only if bothered; common to South Florida, Bahamas, Caribbean; also south to Brazil; inhabit reefs; move about bottom and frequently stop to perch in tripod-stance, supported by ventral fins and tail;
