This is a Scalloped Hammerhead Shark..
Location , Cayman Islands
Sphyma lewini 

Features: Front edge of "Hammer" slightly rounded and scalloped; inside tip of pectoral fin dark; rear edge of ventral fin straight
Description: Gray with pale underside
Notes: Compare with Great Hammerhead; the scalloped has shorter dorsal fin; also a smooth Hammerhead: Sphyma zygaena, that inhabits Florida in winter
