Violet 3 BIGELOW

126      Violet 3 BIGELOW, daughter of Jonathan 2, (John 1), and Rebecca (SHEPARD) BIGELOW, was born 1683, Hartford, Hartford co, CT. She was married 1 Sept 1709 at Hartford, to Stephen TAYLOR, son of John and Mary (SELDON) TAYLOR of Hadley, MA. Stephen was born in 1674, was previously married (1) 1703 to Esther RICHARDS, who died 1705. Stephen and Violet lived in Hartford. She signed for her share of her father's estate 1717, and was living in 1723, after which we have no record of the family. Her husband Stephen is reported to have died in Hartford in Aug 1745. An Ebenezer TAYLOR chose Samuel BIGELOW as guardian 21 Apr 1726.

1263     Stephen, b 9 Jan 1714/15; d 8 July 1776 in Glastonbury, CT; m 1749 Elizabeth FOX; she b 1724; d 29 July 1797; 2 children known: David TAYLOR, b ?; d ?; and Azariah TAYLOR, b 06 July 1758; d 15 Feb 1843 all in Glastonbury; m 29 Aug 1782 Honor HUNTER.

1264     Jonathan, b 3 Mar 1720; d 13 Mar 1793; m (1) ____ ; d 1774; (2) Sarah ___ d 1792. 1 known daughter.

1265     Esther, b 23 Oct 1723.
