Hi Rod,
I have a contribution to your Bigelow genealogy.
14246.283 Emma Damantha Bigelow married Maurice E. Mudge on the date stated.  Maurice is the correct spelling. They were married in Denver Twp, Newaygo Co. MI.  Mudge was a blacksmith and they lived in various places in MI before settling in Grant about 1888.  Their only child Zella Loverna Mudge was born in Grant on Aug 23, 1889. In 1894, the family moved to Washington State.  Among the towns they lived in were Oakville, Gate and Bellingham. Emma died in Washington State on July 3, 1919.
Zella married William Robert Hines (b. June 21 1881 in Taylor Co. TX) on June 28, 1911 in Washington State.  She bore three children: Laurence R. Hines (b. Nov 11, 1915 and still living, with two children living), Marion Ernest Hines (b. Nov 30, 1918 in Bellingham WA d. Aug 2000 in MA with two sons and one daughter), Chester Lee Hines (b. Apr 20, 1921, deceased, with two sons).  They adopted Maurice H. Hines (b. Jan 20, 1914, deceased with three sons and one daughter from two marriages).
(More details available.
(I am a son of Marion E. Hines.)
