Horatio Ripley 7 BIGELOW

1555C.11      Horatio Ripley 7 BIGELOW, son of  Horatio 6  ( Abraham 5, Abraham 4, Thomas 3, Samuel 2, John 1)  and Anna Maria (RIPLEY) BIGELOW, was born at Cambridge, Middlesex, MA on 13 November 1813. He was baptized on 19 June 1814. He griduated from Harvard in 1832, before his 19th birthday. He was a promoter of various mining interests, including the copper mines of MI's northern peninsula. He married on 10 November 1840 Anne Lenthal Smith. She was born 21 September 1816 at Hanover, MA and died 26 August 1897 at Boston. Horatio had died on 25 October 1888 also at Boston.

1555C.114     George C., b 11 June 1847 Boston; d 02 Nov 1847 Boston; (one record gives wrong death date, having George die before he was born!).

1555C.115t    Joseph Smith, b 28 Oct 1848 Boston; d __1930? ; m 27 April 1877 Mary C. Bryant; 6 children.

1555C.116     Anne S., b 11 June 1852; d 08 March 1891; m 28 Oct 1884 Thomas Nelson; 1 dgtr. Anne V., b 08 March 1891.
