Mr Bigelow,
I came across your site while trying to find information on the daughter of Ella Jane Bigelow (16317.553) and George L. Cusac. If you would like to add Ella's date of death to your site, she died in Findlay, Ohio Feb 1, 1922. (Hancock County Ohio Deaths, Volume 3804, Death Certificate #9545 ) She is buried in Maple Grove Cemetery.
There is a slight error on the Phillip Doddridge Bigelow (16317.54) page. Findlay is in Hancock County instead of Erie County.
Obituary:
The Morning Republican (Findlay, Ohio) 02 Feb 1922  P.5
Mrs.. Ella Bigelow Cusac, wife of former Service Director George L. Cusac, passed away at her home at 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon after a thirteen days siege of pneumonia.
Mrs.. Cusac enjoyed a wide circle of friends and the news of her death will come as a great shock to them. She has been seriously ill for the past week and the end has not been wholly unexpected.
She belonged to the D.A.R.'s and was an active member of the first Presbyterian church.
Those surviving her are her husband, one daughter, Inez Cusac, at home and one brother Charles H. Bigelow.
Funeral Services will be conducted from the home on Hancock street Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Revs. Reber and Alexander in charge of the services.
Burial will be made at Maple Grove Cemetery.

According to her death certificate she was buried on 3 Feb 1922.
Her husband George L. Cusac, the son of Isaac Cusac and Sarah L. Van Eman, was born 5 Oct 1854 in McComb, Ohio (Hancock County) and died 21 Oct 1943 in Findlay, Ohio (Hancock County). He is buried in Maple Grove Cemetery.
Their daughter, Inez May Cusac, was born 26 Oct 1884 in Findlay, Ohio and died 12 July 1969 in New York, New York. She married Rev. John Henry Munnich 21 Aug 1922 in Findlay, Oh. Rev. Munnich was the son of Christopher Munnich and Elizabeth Kadel. He was born 26 Oct 1892 in Bronx, Ny and died 6 Jan 1971 in Mount Vernon, NY. He is buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx, NY. Inez is probably buried there also although I haven't verified that yet. The Munnichs had no children.

Sincerely,
Martha Kincade
