on 25 March 1860 and married John Paulger on 25 February 1885 at West Bloomfield,
Oakland, MI. John was born at Redford, Wayne, MI on 10 May 1860. (son of
Thomas Paulger b 1829 England (see below)).
Celia died at Plymouth, Wayne, MI on 15 April 1918.

Rod,
I have contacted you before and you kind enough to my answer to an
inquiry on Dewey Harthorne and also post my Thomas
Paulger, information. ( my great great grandfather. Thomas Paulger
was the brother of John Paulger, who married Celia
Bigelow. I noticed a MISTAKE in the year of birth for John Paulger.
He was born in 1860 NOT 1850. I didn't catch this
mistake earlier. See 1880 census below.
I just thought I would let you know, in hopes of correcting this information.

You have in your Bigelow family tree a "Tryphena" who is married to
a Dewey Hawthorne. Do you have where they are buried? I am
researching a relative of mine who's name is J. Dewey Hawthorne who was
born in the year 1898 in Redford Township, Wayne County Michigan in the
year 1898.

My name is Paulette Wright and I live in Atlanta, Georgia. I
am trying to do
genealogy research for myself and my family. My Mother was Jane Pauler.
Her
father was Stanley Paulger, son of Thomas E Paulger. Thomas E Paulger's
father was Thomas Paulger born in 1829 in Nottinghamshire, Lancashire
or
Linciolnshire, England. ( In the book Sackett's of America it says
that
Thomas was from Notthinghamshire, England but a cousin of mine says
that he
was born in Lancashire or Lincolnshire. I do not know which is correct)
He
left England in 1849.
Thomas Paulger settled in Redford, Michigan. He married Emily Sackett.
I know
that Thomas E Paulger and John Paulger, who married Celia Bigelow..
were
brothers according to the US census. John's and Celia children were
Tryphena,
Edna, and Bessie Paulger.
I am trying to find out more about Thomas Paulger from England. I did
not
know if the descendants of John Paulger may have some information.
Do you
happen to have any information on descendants of the Dewey Hawthorne
and
Tryphena Paulger, Edna Paulger and Clayton Nacker, Bessie Paulger and
Walter
Nacker, that are living today. I would like to try to contact them.
Any help would be appreciated.
