son of Anson 7 ( Erastus 6 , David 5 , David 4 , Lt. John 3 , Joshua 2, John 1), and Eliza (MOORES)
BIGELOW, was born 21 December 1829 at Brattleboro, VT and married
at Constantine, NY on 18 November 1856, (one record states marriage was
at Brattleboro), Mary A. Hayes. She was born at Brattleboro on 02
October 1838 the daughter of Russell and Martha (Billings) Hayes.
They went into IA for several years, then into IL via CT. In 1884,
he joined a lumber firm with brother Anson (16312.235) in Chicago, IL.
He died in Brattleboro 22 August 1882 and his widow in Tarpon springs, FL
in 1925.
