Sarah ⁷ BIGELOW

159B3.43 Sarah ⁷ BIGELOW, dau of Jairus ⁶ ( Bond ⁵, Elisha ⁴, Isaac ³, Samuel ², John¹) and Lucinda (MAIN) BIGELOW, was born in NY state on 29 September 1809. She married in 1826, Dudley Shaw who was born 20 August 1800 also NY state. They went into MI in the very early 1840's and built a log cabin where she died on 20 March 1900. Her parents followed her to MI from NY and settled in Mundy. In 1870 Sarah and Dudley were living in Gaines township, Genesee, MI. Dudley was a farmer and died on 05 December 1883 at Gaines. Both are buried at Evergreen Cemetery, Mundy.

                                                     Henry Christopher Parks was the NEPHEW of Norton Park & Catherine Mandeville Park,
                                                     not the Son. Our research indicates his parents were Alanson (Alonzo) Park & Mary Alger Park.
                                                     He and his siblings were listed on a land grant 1837: Lodema, Melvin, Osmer, Christopher & Porter Parks,
                                                     Mundy Twp, Michigan.
